| Here at Elmbridge Crossroads we are constantly reminded of all the good that men and women are prepared to do for their fellows.
We hear so often about those who uncomlainingly spend their days, and nights, caring for others with extraordinary devotion. we know it is often difficult both for the carer and the cared for, and the wonder for us is to learn how people work through their difficulties, often bringing us to a greater understanding of life and its relationships. From the many messages we have received Crossroads, we are aware how greatly our trained carer support workers are appreciated by carers, and that part of our society is aware of their skill and commitment. At Elmbridge Crossroads we welcome your comments, whether favourable or not. They are extremely helpful to us in targeting our efforts where they will be most effective. Elmbridge Road Runners do just a little to help by giving funds raised by our 10 K race in July For more information or if you would like to help contact : |

Cliff and Graham visited a Cross Roads Saturday session for handicapped kids. This is just part of the work the tireless helpers like Sam (on the right), undertake. It is an element of the charitys' aim to relieve carers from the never-ending help needed by their relatives.
